ADULT REHABILITATIVE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (ARMHS)

Adult rehabilitative mental health services are rehabilitative services that provide the member with the correct tools and resources to enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills when these abilities have been impared by symptoms of mental illness. The services instruct, assist and support a member in areas such as medication education and monitoring, and basic social and living skills in mental illness symptom management, household management and employment-related or community living transitions.

ADULTS AGE 18+
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
- Patients who have received a recent diagnostic assessment by a qualified mental health professional that indicates ARMHS services are medically necessary.
- Patients who have a substantial disability and functional impairment in three or more areas, thus markedly reducing self-sufficiently.
- Patients who have the cognitive capacity to engage in and benefit from rehabilitative services techniques and methods.
- Patients who have Medical Assistance or a Prepaid Medical Assistance Product.

At Clearview Wellness Center we provide a variety of therapy services in a safe and comfortable environment.

INDIVIDUAL
THERAPY
Where you will meet one-on-one with an experienced mental health clinician to help process and address a wide range of concerns using client centered approaches. Your therapist will create an individualized plan to help reach your goals. Contact us for an appointment and talk to someone who can help. (Available for adults, adolescents, and youth).

GROUP
THERAPY
Group therapy helps process issues and obstacles through participation and observation in a group with several others who may be having similar experiences and one or two of our experienced therapists.

FAMILY, COUPLE, AND
MARRIAGE THERAPY
Family therapy works to resolve family issues, concerning marital or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, or the impact substance abuse or mental illnesses has had on the family.
